Voel jij je aangetrokken tot Magneet Festival?
Dat komt goed uit… Ook dit jaar zijn er veel vrijwilligers nodig om Magneet Festival 2013 tot stand te brengen!
Gratis slaapplek, drinken en eten!
Naast een geweldige ervaring en toffe mensen die je ontmoet, krijg je bij elke dienst muntjes voor eten en drinken. Daarnaast krijg je als je een dienst werkt die dag gratis entree en als je twee diensten in een weekend draait het hele weekend gratis entree!
Woon je niet in de buurt? Of heb je gewoon zin om te blijven logeren? Als vrijwilliger heb je het exclusieve recht om te blijven slapen op de crewcamping van Magneet Festival, de camping is namelijk alleen voor werknemers en vrijwilligers. Zo kun je Magneet Festival pas echt beleven!
Wij hebben vele handen nodig. Dus heb jij zin om deze zomer mee te werken aan Magneet Festival 2013?! Vul meteen het vrijwilligersformulier in, dan nemen wij zo snel mogelijk contact met je op.

Taakomschrijving vrijwilligers
Promotie Voor en tijdens het festival hebben we mensen nodig die Magneet Festival tot een succes maken! Met het promotieteam ga je op alle mogelijke manieren Magneet Festival bekend maken. Breng flyers rond en vertel erover tegen al je vrienden. Spread the word!
Opbouw Het festivalterrein wordt mede dankzij jullie hulp fantastisch. Ben jij een beetje handig en wil je graag meebouwen? In de eerste drie weken van augustus beginnen we met opbouwen en we hebben je hulp hier hard nodig.
Kaartcontrole Bij de ingang van het terrein krijgen alle bezoekers van jou een warm welkom. Je scant de kaartjes en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen blij naar binnen gaat.
Bar Heb je vaker achter de bar gestaan en vind je het leuk om alle dorstige gasten van een drankje te voorzien? Versterk ons horecateam. Je kunt hierbij ingedeeld worden in een cocktailbar, koffiebar of een gewone bar met tap.
Nachtdienst bar De nachtdienst begint om ongeveer 23:30 en duurt tot 03:30. Het begin van de de dienst help je mee de bar klaar te zetten. Vanaf ongeveer 00:30 voorzie jij het personeel van hun welverdiende drankje bij de nazit.
Keuken In de keuken van Magneet Festival bereiden wij de lekkerste dingen. Niet alleen de gasten, maar ook de vrijwilligers kunnen hier hun maaltijd halen. Heb jij enige ervaring in de keuken en wil je graag meer leren van onze geweldige koks? Dan ben jij een welkome aanvulling op ons keukenteam.
Sjouwer Als sjouwer zorg je dat de twee bars continue voorzien zijn van fusten bier en flessen wijn en fris. Het kan zwaar werk zijn, maar je bent niet constant bezig.
Leave no trace Magneet Festival vind het erg belangrijk om het terrein net zo schoon achter te laten als we het gekregen hebben. We hebben mensen nodig die ons tijdens en na het festival willen helpen deze filosofie te verwezenlijken. Dit zullen korte diensten zijn!
Afwassers Magneet Festival is dringend op zoek naar mensen die willen helpen om de keuken om te toveren tot een prettige werkomgeving voor onze koks. De afwassers zorgen ook dat de bars genoeg schone glazen hebben.
Let op! Hier zit een vrijwilligersvergoeding aan vast. Dus wil jij de sfeer van Magneet Festival proeven, en een zakcentje verdienen? Meld je dan snel aan! We zijn nog op zoek!
Afbouw Heb je nog niet genoeg van de Magneet-sfeer? Vanaf 17 september breken we de boel af. We hebben hier heel veel hulp bij nodig. Je krijgt eten en drinken, en na een dag hard werken sluiten we de dag af met een biertje bij het kampvuur.

Are you attracted to the Magneet Festival?
Good! Because we need a lot of volunteers to make the festival happen.
As a volunteer you can stay at the camping site for free. The perfect occasion to meet amazing new people! After every shift you get a meal and some coins.

Our volunteer needs
Promotion We need people who can make Magneet Festival a huge success, before and during the festival! As part of the promotion team you will do everything in your power to make sure the whole world knows about Magneet Festival. Hand out flyers, spam your neighbors, and tell all your friends. Spread the word!
Construction The festival site will look amazing, thanks to you! Are you a practical person and would you like to help us give shape to the festival? We will start building on the 6th of August. If you sign op for this, Let us know what your building talents are!
Runner As a runner you are an important link in the organization of Magneet Festival. We are looking for people who like racing through Amsterdam and its surroundings, to pick up and drop off things. You need to have a drivers license, and it would be perfect if you have your own car. The gas will be reimbursed of course.
Assistant office Do you love being at Magneet Festival? Do you love hanging around the office, and doing administration? The assistent office will spend the day in the production office, helping people wherever possible. We need someone who can stay the whole day. You will be an important part of the production team!
Managing the volunteer lounge The volunteer lounge is where all the volunteers hang out. Your task is to hand out meals to the hungry volunteers and make sure the area is clean. We will always schedule in two people, and it is a great chance to get to know all the other volunteers! We will also need people for this during the week.
Cash registers When you are working behind the register you are the first thing the visitor sees. You are responsible for making them feel at home right away! This task requires someone who is responsible, and available a lot. You will need to work at least two schifts in one weekend!
Employee bubble stage The bubble stage is looking for versatile volunteers. At the bubble stage you will be cutting vegetables, baking burgers and making sauce. You will also need to help at the bar, and being technical is a plus.
Dishwashers The Magneet Festival really needs people who want to help keep the chef’s workingplace clean. This is a very important task. The dishwashers will also make sure the bars have enough clean glasses.
Bar Are you used to working behind a bar and would you like to serve all the thirsty festival guests? Come work behind the bar!
Nightshift Bar The nightshift starts at around 22:00, and lasts untill 03:30. The first half of your shift you will be serving the guests. When the bar closes you will move to a special bar, just for staff. There you will serve all the hard working personnel their well deserved beer!
Kitchen In Magneet Festival kitchen we will prepare the tastiest things. Guests and volunteers will all get their meals here. Do you have experience with working in the kitchen and would you like to learn from our amazing chefs? You are more than welcome to be a part of the kitchen team!
Coffee bar Keep Magneet Festival awake! A day at Magneet Festival can be quite exhausting. A nice fresh cup of coffee can make the festival experience more enjoyable! As a bonus you will be trained to make the best coffee.
Leave no trace Magneet Festival thinks its very important to leave the site as clean as when we arrived there. We need people help us achieve this goal, during and after the festival. This shift will be shorter than others!
Flexteam A flexworker fills in wherever necessary. This way you can participate in many different parts of the festival. Do you like change and flexibility? You will fit right in with the flexteam.
Heavylifter The two bars will constantly need to be supplied with enough beer, wine and soda. You will need to distribute these items. This can be a though job, but you may not be needed the whole time.
Night watch When the festival site is closed, someone will need to keep an eye out. The nightwatch team can hang out in the bus at the entrance, and make sure they know who enters and leaves the festival site. You can sign up by yourself or as a group, but you will never have to do this alone. The shifts starts at 23:00, and lasts untill sunrise.
Parking manager The parking managers are the first point of contact for the visitors who arrive by car. You will point cars to the right parkingspot and decide who can enter the festival site. There will be a caravan for you to relax in, when it is not busy. This is a very important task!
Deconstruction Never enough Magneet Festival? Starting september 17 we need a lot of help deconstructing. Food and drinks will be taken care of, and after a day of hard work we will all hang out and relax at the fire.
